Castrol Magnatec Hybrid 0W-20 is engineered for the demands of hybrid driving, protecting the engine from the moment you start.

Hybrid vehicles switch between the electric motor, the combustion engine, or both. These fast changes often leave the engine inactive and cooler than in a non-hybrid, and lower engine temperatures, frequent re-starts in traffic and switching power modes all contribute to oil contamination. Castrol Magnatec Hybrid clings like a magnet to low-temperature contaminants and locks to critical hybrid engine parts, delivering 50% better engine wear protection (tested using an industry-standard wear test), safeguarding the valvetrain, timing chain, pistons and bearings. It delivers against HYSPEC — Castrol’s standard for hybrid performance.
