OEM Approvals
The Product Performance Claims on the data sheet list ACEA C5 and Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE. This oil is approved for use in Volvo vehicles that require a Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE specification 0W-20 lubricant.
Typical Characteristics
Kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 49 mm²/s, and at 100°C is 9.1 mm²/s, giving a viscosity index of 171. Cold-cranking simulator viscosity at -35°C (0W) is 5589 mPa.s, and the pour point is -45°C. Density at 15°C is 0.844 g/ml, flash point (PMCC) is 202°C, and sulphated ash content is 0.79% by weight.
Storage
Store under cover. Where outside storage can’t be avoided, drums should be laid horizontally to avoid water ingress and damage to drum markings. Do not store above 60°C or expose to hot sun or freezing conditions.
